With you from start to finish
As part of the end-to-end service we offer clients, orders are delivered by our own fleet of branded vans. We serve hospitals the length and breadth of the UK, but the vans and their drivers are always ready to hit the road, whatever the weather, to make sure your materials management products are delivered safely and on time.
This means we don’t have to trust outside delivery services or put ourselves at the mercy of their schedules – another element of the Medstor service you receive that we control entirely.
Free site survey
When you place an order with Medstor, we want you to be 100% happy with the items and configuration you choose. As part of this, we offer a free site survey and planning service from our very own in-house team.
After a thorough consultation and using precise measurements, our National Team of Project Managers will help to specify the exact amount of equipment needed and our design team will pull together plans, visuals and costs unique to each client, and create a detailed 3D drawing using the latest versions of AutoCAD, Inventor and Revit.
This plan or drawing allows you to move virtually around your new space, ensuring that you have chosen exactly the right products and layout.
It is this sort of attention to detail and absolute commitment to delivering outstanding customer service that brings clients back to us again and again as their needs change or grow.
