Effective teamwork is essential to successful projects. At Medstor, our different departments work seamlessly together to deliver outstanding customer service.
Our multi-disciplinary National Project Teams, headed up by your Area Manager, oversee the project delivery from the initial customer brief, site surveys, detailed product specification advice and space planning. Each Area Manager is supported by an internal Project Co-ordinator who is responsible for the progress and process of your project through our internal departments.
Our Internal Design Team checks the design detail for space utilisation, ergonomic function, manual handling and hygiene legislation, and detail for official quotation and manufacturing.
Our Contracts Team is then responsible for the logistics to site, offloading and delivery to the point of use, and full installation.
We are lucky to have some of the most experienced sales and other professionals in the business, all working together to make sure your project is planned and delivered seamlessly.

Our Sales and Contracts team oversees the way projects are planned and delivered.

Project managers link the team at our company, which includes, for example, designers, space planners and manufacturers, with the customers.

Sales support backs up our sales team. This means everything from producing marketing materials to generating sales software.

Our installations team will be in and out of your hospital before you know it, transforming any space into a sleek, streamlined materials management area.
